All your dinners will be served aboard Mirage. Your private chef Mimi will cooked Local specialities in "cuisine de terroir’’, the freshest locally sourced meats, sea food, fish, and produce are prepared using traditional methods and recipes unique to the region. The open galley allows you to sip a glass of wine (Red, White or Rosé) or two (…or who’s counting?), and pick up tips from the chef as your meals are prepared.

Quality wines (selected by Pascal), from local vintners in the Languedoc-Rousillon region, are served with meals, and are available from Mirage’s fully-stocked bar on demand.
